At Fastcare Wellness Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that our customers receive quality medical equipment and health supplements. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds

We offer refunds on eligible products returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@fastcarewellnesshub.com and send your item to the return address provided in our reply.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we will provide upon your return request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
